Vinale is a beer-wine hybrid produced by co-fermenting beer wort with wine juice.

8.4% ABV

Co-fermenting Montalto Muscato juice with Mornington Belgian Golden ale and aged in French Oak Chardonnay barrels created a unique Vinale with delicate aromas of pineapple and guava. Spritzy, yet textural mouthfeel is followed by a refreshing acidity, crisp green apples flavours and hints of mild spices. A fabulous and unique drinking experience combining the best of both worlds.

 

VinAle Red

7.9% ABV

Co-fermenting Montalto Pinot juice with Mornington Brown ale and aged in French Oak Pinot barrels produced a cherry red Vinale with big aromas of stonefruit, rose and fruit leather. VinAle Red has a vibrant, yet individual character and a textural mouthfeel with flavours of Turkish Delight, chocolate and nuts. A fabulous and unique drinking experience combining the best of both worlds.
