Style: Specialty Beer ABV: 5.4 % Rust Bucket is a hoppy red ale. Brewed using solely New Zealand malts it is deep burnished red in colour. Style: Pale Ale ABV: 4.9 % Why so cereal? is a pale ale brewed using rolled oats to provide a smooth and subtle mouthfeel. #004. Dog’s Bollocks

Style: Nitro ESB ABV: 6.2 % Deep orange in colour, this ESB delivers sweet malt aromas of toffee and raspberry, under pinned by an earthy hop bouquet. On the palate, the initially sweet marmalade and fruit bun flavours give way to nuttiness and a restrained bitterness. Using Nitrogen rather than CO2 to carbonate the beer produces a smoother, thicker mouthfeel and less perceived bitterness as Nitrogen is mostly insoluble. Style: Belgian Brown Ale ABV: 6.8 % Russel Brown is a Belgian Brown Ale combining the spice and dried fruit aromas of Belgian yeast with toffee and cocoa notes of darker malts. #006. NITRO Sacchariferous Stout

Style: Nitro Stout ABV: 4.6% Sacchariferous Stout is a sweet/milk stout brewed using lactose in the brewing process, hence the name Sacchariferous, meaning containing sugar. #007. Mosaic IPA

Style: American IPA ABV: 5.9% Mosaic IPA is a single hop American IPA featuring wonderful stonefruit flavours and aromas. Due to the popularity of Mornington’s original Specialty keg release of Mosaic IPA, the team decided it was well worth it becoming the seventh member of the #tinnage family. The mosaic hop (HBC369), originating in USA in 2012, has been described as Citra (one of the hops found in Mornington Pale) on steroids. With its ability of providing a dry fruitiness without the sweetness, the hop makes Mornington Mosaic IPA a lovely combination of crisp bitterness and fruity essence.
